- How often does the bot check the Crypt?
- Roughly every hour. Donations show up in the dashboard within a single page refresh after the next bot run.
- Can multiple officers see the same dashboard?
- Not in v1. Each clan has a single login (the clan leader). You can share the leader account with your co-officers if you trust them. Per-officer logins are on the roadmap.
- Can I track more than one clan with one subscription?
- No. One subscription, one clan. If you lead multiple clans, you currently need separate accounts and separate subscriptions.
- Will my main TB account get banned?
- We only ever log in with the dedicated bot account you set up — never your main. Innogames could in principle ban the bot account itself for using automation (see the setup guide); we haven't seen it happen but the risk is non-zero. Don't use a TB account you care about for the bot.
- Where is my data stored?
- Supabase Postgres (EU region). Bot credentials are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault. Read access is gated by row-level security to your clan only.
- Can I export my data?
- Not directly from the UI yet. If you need an export, email support and we'll send you a CSV.
- What happens if I cancel?
- The bot stops logging in immediately. The dashboard goes read-only on the next billing-period end. We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.
- How do I delete my account?
- Account → Delete account. This cancels your Stripe subscription, stops the bot, and starts a 30-day soft-delete window. After that all clan-scoped data is purged.
