How often does the data update?
It depends on your plan: Free reveals new data every 10 hours, Basic updates every 4 hours and Pro every hour. The dashboard shows when data was last updated and when the next update is due. Free also shows only the last 30 days and up to 2,000 chests per month, and only runs while you press “Keep tracking” every 7 days - see Free plan limits.
Can multiple officers see the same dashboard?
Yes. You can switch your dashboard visibility from private to public, and everyone with the URL can then see the Overview, Clan members, Growth and Participation pages.
Can I track more than one clan with one account?
No. One account, one clan - on every plan. If you lead multiple clans, sign up once per clan (a “+alias” address such as you+clan2@example.com keeps them in one inbox).
Can the throwaway account get banned?
In theory yes, and that is why we recommend using a throwaway account (see the setup guide) - we cannot guarantee anything. That said, we have never experienced an account getting banned. The only thing the throwaway account is used for is collecting chests and logging data.
Where is my data stored?
Supabase Postgres (EU region). Bot credentials are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault. Read access is gated by row-level security to your clan only.
Can I export my data?
Not directly from the UI yet. If you need an export, email support and we'll send you a CSV.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that your clan drops to the Free plan: Overview and Clan members stay available with the free limits, public dashboards go offline and the paid pages lock until you resubscribe. Your data is kept, so if you come back your full history reappears.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Delete account. This cancels your Stripe subscription, stops the bot, and starts a 30-day soft-delete window. After that all clan-scoped data is purged.
