How often does the data update?
Depending on your plan, data updates every 4th hour or every hour. The dashboard shows you when data was last updated and when the next update is due.
Can multiple officers see the same dashboard?
Yes. You can switch your dashboard visibility from private to public, and everyone with the URL can then see the dashboard overview and clan member overview.
Can I track more than one clan with one subscription?
No. One subscription, one clan. If you lead multiple clans, you currently need separate accounts and separate subscriptions.
Can the throwaway account get banned?
In theory yes, and that is why we recommend using a throwaway account (see the setup guide) — we cannot guarantee anything. That said, we have never experienced an account getting banned. The only thing the throwaway account is used for is collecting chests and logging data.
Where is my data stored?
Supabase Postgres (EU region). Bot credentials are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault. Read access is gated by row-level security to your clan only.
Can I export my data?
Not directly from the UI yet. If you need an export, email support and we'll send you a CSV.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that the dashboard is locked (and public dashboards go offline) until you resubscribe. Your data is kept, so if you come back you pick up right where you left off.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Delete account. This cancels your Stripe subscription, stops the bot, and starts a 30-day soft-delete window. After that all clan-scoped data is purged.
