Every clan starts on the Free plan - no card, no trial clock. It shows your own clan’s data on the Overview and Clan members pages so you can see the product work before paying. Four limits apply, and they are the only differences from a paid plan.
Monthly chest cap
The Free plan records up to 2,000 chests per calendar month (UTC), counted the way the dashboard counts them. Once the cap is reached the bot stops harvesting for the rest of the month; the dashboard stays visible and the plan banner shows when harvesting resumes. The harvest that crosses the cap is recorded in full.
30-day window
Free dashboards show chests harvested in the last 30 days. Older data is hidden, not deleted - the moment you upgrade your full history reappears. The all-time view is not available on Free.
10-hour reveal
New chests appear on a Free dashboard every 10 hours, at fixed boundaries (the same instants worldwide). The “Updated” indicator shows the last reveal and when the next one is due, not the bot’s last run. Paid plans show data as soon as it is harvested.
Weekly “Keep tracking”
The bot only runs for a Free clan while someone is looking. Press “Keep tracking” in the plan banner to harvest for the next 7 days; when that runs out, tracking pauses until you press it again. Opening the dashboard does not extend it - only the button does.
Paused periods are not recorded
While tracking is paused - because the cap was reached or the weekly check-in lapsed - the bot does not open your clan’s gifts, and Total Battle removes unopened gifts after about 20 hours. Chests opened in-game during a pause are therefore never recorded and cannot be recovered later, even after an upgrade. Paid plans harvest continuously.
What stays paid
Player pages, Events, Participation, Points, Clan settings, the public-dashboard toggle and the manual refresh are on the Basic and Pro plans - see pricing. Both paid plans have no chest cap and no window.
