Who we are

Plutheon is operated as a sole-proprietor service by Jacob Brix, based in Denmark. Contact: support@plutheon.com.

What we collect

• Account email, supplied at signup. Used for login, billing, and operational email.
• Bot account credentials (email + password), supplied via the setup form. Stored encrypted in Supabase Vault.
• In-game donation data captured from your clan's Crypt: donor names (as they appear in TB), TB internal IDs, chest type IDs, timestamps. We do not capture chat, private messages, or personal info from other clan members beyond their public donation activity.
• Billing metadata from Stripe (customer ID, subscription ID, status). We do not store payment card numbers — Stripe handles that.

Where it lives

Supabase Postgres, EU region. Row-level security restricts each row to its owning clan.

What we do with it

• Show you the dashboard.
• Run the bot.
• Bill you.
• Email you about your account or the Service (no marketing email unless you opt in).

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We use these processors: Supabase (database, auth, secrets), Stripe (billing), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (transactional email).

Your rights

You can export your data on request (email us) and delete your account from the Account page. Account deletion cancels your subscription and starts a 30-day soft-delete window, after which clan-scoped data is purged.

Cookies

Only the session cookie required for login. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes

Material changes will be announced via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
