Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Plutheon (the "Service"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Plutheon reads chest-donation data from the in-game Crypt feature of Total Battle on behalf of a single clan, using a dedicated bot account you provide, and presents that data on a per-clan dashboard.

2. Total Battle relationship

Plutheon is an unaffiliated third-party tool. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Innogames or Total Battle. The Total Battle name and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Your bot account

You agree that the Total Battle account you provide for use as the bot is one you have authority to automate, that you have read and accepted the risk warning in the setup guide, and that you will not use your primary or otherwise irreplaceable TB account as the bot. We disclaim responsibility for any action Innogames may take against accounts found to be using automation.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

5. Data

You retain ownership of the donation data we capture on your behalf. We store it in Supabase Postgres, isolated to your clan via row-level security. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days then delete it.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for in-game consequences (including but not limited to account bans, lost progress, or game-economy outcomes) arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
